Yes, we do prefer for you to be a licensed instructor, however, do not allow that to deter you from applying.

We are looking for someone who is coachable, determined, and ready to be an asset on the team.

This is an investment. A financial investment. A time investment. An investment that will require you to market, educate, challenge and build you and those that you will come into contact with.

This is a two year investment. Therefore, if you cannot put in the work to build yourself as an instructor and public speaker, this is not for you.

You must be able to be a social media influencer, business owner, brand ambassador, bomb-a$$ trainer and passionate mentor at the same.

You need to be organized, receptive and quick on your feet. Able to take in and give out professional criticism. This company is not perfect therefore we want people who will help us grow as an organization too.
